His 2008 season was a great one as he made more than 300 runs at an average of more than 61 runs per match which was the best among his compatriots. His third man of the match performance came in 2016 against Pakistan when he made 61 runs on 83 runs that saw England team winning by 4 wickets. He has been out due to injury for two months time.
