Personal life

Joseph was born in 1957 in New York. He graduated from Stanford University and also from NYU’s graduate acting program. Apart from his studies, there is no information about his personal life. It is not just about his romantic life. He has not revealed information about his parents, siblings and other family related details. He is not known to have married. He has not fathered a child that is known to public. He has never been seen in public with a woman on a date. He has never been accused of extra marital affairs. No woman has ever stepped up to announce that she is the love interest of Joseph. It is not known whether he had been divorced earlier.

His current residence is New York but, his inmates in the house are not known to media. Just like many other celebrities, Joseph has managed to keep his personal life away from media. Career

His career started from stage. Since 1990, he had appeared in a lot of stage shows before entering the silver screen. His first screen appearance was in 1993 in the movie, Carlito’s Way. He was casted in the main antagonist role in his very first appearance. Six years later, he landed in the life changing role of Johnny Boy Soprano in the series, Soprano. Apart from these, he was seen in a lot of movies like 16 Blocks, The Wannabe, Witness to the Mob, Love Stories and others. He was also seen in many TV series like Blue Bloods and others.

He has made more than thousand performances on stage. His very famous run was during the Jersey Boys, national tour. His top Broadway performances are The Boys from Syracuse, Light in the Piazza, Conversations with my Father and others. Top off-Broadway performances include My Night with Reg, Gemini, Mad Forest and others.

Apart from acting, he also took up production and voice artist roles. He is popular for playing the voice of Carmine in The Wild, Disney movie. He started his acting interest from a very young age. He had starred in many school plays too. His interest and dedication has brought him many laurels and awards. In 2007, he received nomination in Accolade Competition and won for his role in Things that Hang from Trees. He was also the producer for the movie.

In 2000, he took a taped reading project for The House on Hope Street of Danielle Steel. He also took up The Kiss and Johnny Angel in 2001 and 2003 respectively.
