Though he was born in Salem Oregon, Justin Kirk spent most of his childhood in Union, Washington, in the United States of America. While he was in Union, Washington, he attended the Native American Reservation, a grade school. At a year away from his teenage years, his family again decided to shift, this time to Minneapolis, Minnesota.(United States of America) It was in this state where he attended high school.
