Kit Harington is one of the top actors of TV and plays the lead part in the popular fantasy drams ‘Game of Thrones’. Born on 26th of December in 1986 as Christopher Catesby Harington in London, he is one of the most recognizable faces of today’s time. He grew up in London and then moved to Worchester at the age of 12 with his parents and siblings. It was around this time when he realized that ‘Kit’ his pet name was not actually his name. He himself states that during the audition he was not in a very good shape and had very little hopes of getting selected. He states that he had a black eye during the audition which could have helped him get noticed by the casting people. Kit won the part and started in what has been the most famous parts of his career.
After shooting for the first episode of the drama TV shows, Kit was told to grow beard and not shampoo his hair to give him a dirty and more visceral look which the character demanded. He also enjoys a massive popularity on twitter and Instagram.
After debuting in 2011, Game of Thrones developed a strong fan following. In 2015, when show was in its fourth season Kit was involved in one of the most legendary battles to have ever shown on the Television when he took on the army of the dead. Soon after the battle fans of the show received a heavy set back when Kit was injured with knife which many believed was the end of the warrior Jon Snow. But it was in 2016 when he came back to woo the audience and shot some of the most epic scenes.

When working on Game of Thrones, Kit received a lot of offers and also started in a action adventure Pompuii. Later on he was also seen in a war drama Testament of Youth. In 2015, Kit was seen doing comedy when he starred next to Andy Samberg in 7 Days in Hell. It is also rumored that he is currently dating Rose Leslie.
