On television, Chenoweth starred in The West Wing from 2004 to 2006, earning two Screen Actors Guild Award nominations. She achieved further success with her role as Olive Snook in the ABC series Pushing Daisies (2007–2009), winning an Emmy Award in 2009 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. Later, she appeared in the musical series Glee (2009–2014) as April Rhodes, receiving Emmy nominations in 2010 and 2011.

In film, Chenoweth held supporting roles in several 2006 releases: The Pink Panther, RV, Running with Scissors, Deck the Halls, and Stranger than Fiction. She also lent her voice to the animated film Rio 2 (2014) and appeared in The Boy Next Door that same year, alongside Jennifer Lopez and Ryan Guzman.

Chenoweth has released several solo albums. Her debut, Let Yourself Go, was released in 2001. She followed that with As I Am in 2004, and A Lovely Way to Spend Christmas in 2008. In 2011, she released her fourth studio album, Some Lessons Learned, featuring country-pop influences.

In 2009, she published a memoir titled A Little Bit Wicked: Life, Love, and Faith in Stages, which appeared on The New York Times Best Seller list for two weeks.

Personal Life

Kristin Chenoweth has been open about her health challenges, including living with Ménière’s disease, an inner ear disorder that causes vertigo, headaches, nausea, and other symptoms. She divides her time between New York City and Los Angeles. Over the years, she has been romantically linked with producer Dana Brunetti, actor Seth Green, Lane Garrison, and was engaged to Broadway actor Marc Kudisch from 1998 to 2001.
