When he was a freshman, Kyle Korver was named to be All Newcomer, All Freshman and MVC All-Bench. He hit 43.4 percent from the three point range and 89.5 percent for the free-throw line. When he was a sophomore, he got All-MVC second team honors in the leading conference tournament champion called Bluejays in 14.6 points. When he was a junior, Korver led to Bluejays to Missouri Valley Conference for regular season and for conference tournament championship. He was named the MVC player for the year and he was given the honorable mention for All-American. Korver finished the career at the Creighton fourth all times and he scored 1,801 and it was the first three pointers that are made with the three point percentage.

Form his biography, Kyle Korver was born in the state of California, in Paramount city and he is the oldest child in the family of the four children to Laine and Kevin Korver. He grew up in the city of Los Angeles area and he was in Los Angeles Lakers fan when he was still a child. While watching Magic Johnson, Showtime Lakers and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, it installed in him the love for basketball and he wanted to pursue the career on his turn. He moved with the family to live in Iowa in the year 1993 and he graduated from Pella High School. He has three brothers called Klayton, Kaleb and Kirk and they all played in the Division I basketball. He was the forward and the guard for the Drake Bulldogs and Kaleb was the guard for Creighton Bluejays. He is now playing for University of Missouri in Kansas City. His mother Laine played for high school basketball and she scored over 74 scores in a game. His father Kevin is the pastor in the city of Pella. His uncle is Kris Korver and he is the head basketball coach for Northwestern College for Orange City of Iowa. He is a cousin called Kari Krover plays in Women’s Basketball Team.

Kyle Korver is married and the name of his wife is Juliet Richardson. They have a daughter called Kyra Elyse. He has a charitable foundation under the name Kyle Krover Foundation. His salary in 2012 was 5 million USD. He suffered an ankle injury and he had to undergo surgery.
