Marisa Ramirez was born in the year 1977 and she is actress of American nationality. He attended all-girls school in California in the city of Alhambra called Ramona Convent Secondary School. She started to act when she was 13 years old and she brought attention for the major L.A Modeling agency and it led to the international modeling career. After she returned from the home, she started acting and hosting job.
Ramirez had played in the starring roles and the most well known ones are the daytime series. Now, she is playing NYPD Detective called Maria Baez of Blue Bloods and he was Officer Riley Dunn in the Body of Proof. She appeared in Against The Wall series of Lifetime where she plays Lina Flores. Even if the series was successful, it was not renewed for the second season. Before acting in that role, she was starring like Melitta on Spartacus: Gods of The Arena at Starz and it was filmed in the country of New Zealand.

In the year 2006, she played in the role of Jabot Cosmetics consultant called Carmen Mesta in five months for The young and The Restless. She stopped to act in the series when the character got killed off. Ramirez returned in the show in 2007 and she played like Ines Vargas who was the cousin of Carmen. After wards, she went to live in Colombia and there she shot the series called Mental where she was opposite to Annabella Sciorra and Chris Vance.
From her biography Marisa Ramirez was married but got a divorce in 2011 from her then husband. In the year 2016, she said that she was expecting the baby who was to be born in May.

She appeared in the Special K and Coca-Cola commercials.
