According to her biography, she was born in the State of Ontario in the city of Lindsay. She started to act when she was 6 years old and she went to Oakridge Secondary School in Ontario in the city of London. She was among the members of Original Kids Theatre Program.

Megan Park played as Tanisha in a horror-thriller film called Demonic and the director is Will Canon.

Megan Park started a band known as Frank and Derol with the singer Codi Coraco and she sang for it while also playing the bass guitar. She had also a girl band which included the older half sister of Miley Cyrus called Brandi Cyrus. She had to leave the band so that she can focus more on the acting career when she was in The Secret Life of American Teenager. She appeared with Tyler Hilton in the music video under the name Kissed You Good Night and it was recorded by American Country Music group under the name of Gloriana.
