The year 1995 marked a significant phase in Ticotin’s career. She appeared in the comedy thriller Hackers and portrayed a journalist in the television series New York News. That same year, she also played a supporting role in the independent film Jeffrey.
In 1996, she had screen appearances in multiple notable productions. She appeared as a dancer in the movie The First Wives Club, which starred Goldie Hawn, and took on the role of Agent Kimba Welch in the action thriller Ransom. She also had a role as a dancer in Woody Allen’s ensemble musical comedy Everyone Says I Love You.
Towards the end of the 1990s, Ticotin continued to work in both television and film, including credits in the independent film The Tavern and appearances in the television drama Third Watch.
