Education

She went to attend school at the Friends Seminary, where she graduated in a class of less than 60 students. She then went to upstate New York to attend the French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts and then went enrolled herself in the Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts. After that she attended the American Globe Theater for further training. After completing it, she finished a stage battle course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, based in London.

Career Experience

She is an American performer and best known for her performance as Leah in the Oscar-winning film Juno, in 2007; as Natalie in The Darkest Hour, in 2011 and as Judge Cassandra Anderson in Dredd, in2012. She was portrayed by Vanity Fair as an individual from "Hollywood's New Wave in June 2008.

She was offered the first role of her life in The Secret, when she was still in secondary school. Her first movie as a debut was United 93, after which she was seen working on the TV show kidnapped.

After this, she got a role to play in Juno as Leah, in 2007. During the shoot of this, she along with her co-star got the chance to work in Jack & Diane. She played the role of Stephanie, in the movie The Wackness, which got award in the Sundance Audience Award, in mid 1990s. But the film got release on July 3, 2008, in US.

She was offered a role in a comedy shoe, Pineapple Express, as Seth Rogen's character's sweetheart, yet was supplanted by on-screen character Amber Heard in the wake of practicing for a movie. She afterwards worked on the animated TV show, Good Vibes with David Gordon Green.

She attended the CD release party of Louis & Kelly in July 2009 in LA, California.

Some of other projects include Farragut North, Bored to Death, The No Game, The Manners of Madness, etc. She had recorded for several voices promotional videos. In 2011, she worked in the movie Margaret. She also got a chance to work in a science fiction movie, The Darkest Hour. She will be seen in the lead role of Max in the Other Side, a drama comedy.

In February 2015, she started working on The Damascus Cover, a spy thriller in light of the novel by Howard, in Morocco.

Personal Life

She is an active member of the iO Tillett Wright's Self-Evident Truths Project. In 2011, she publicly announced that she is bisexual and expressed why she chose to work for a photography venture that spotlights on individuals who are definitely not 100 percent straight. She is not married yet, so there is no chance of having a husband. She says that she is not an eye candy girl, doesn't like to wear heels, but for movies she does that. Her pronunciation is amazing and dialogue delivery is awesome.
