It has been 3 years since Brown first joined the CNN family and in all that time, the achieved journalist has reported on a wooing number of breaking news like the Boston Marathon bombings, the historic Supreme Court same-gender marriage ruling the Cleveland kidnappings, the San Bernardino and Brussels terrorist attacks. Furthermore, her professionalism led Brown last year, in 2015, in France, where she reported from Paris on the investigation that had been conducted about the terrorist killing rampage that began at the headquarters for the French newspaper, Charlie Hebdo. She has also traveled to Germany to report on the criminal investigation into the ill-fated Germanwings Flight 9525.

Brown is totally dedicated to her work though initially there were rumors that she had got her job because of her political background. Pamela Brown resides in New York City at present. She actively involves herself in various charitable organizations like the Special Olympics and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
