Rachel Lindsay is an American attorney and television personality, born on April 21, 1985, in Dallas, Texas. She is the daughter of Kathy Lindsay, a former computer programmer and beauty consultant, and Sam A. Lindsay, a federal judge. Rachel has two sisters—one older and one younger.
She attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology and sports management. Following her undergraduate studies, Lindsay pursued a Juris Doctor at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Before rising to national prominence, Rachel Lindsay gained experience in both politics and sports. She worked as a legislative intern for Texas State Senator Royce West and also interned with the Milwaukee Bucks, an NBA franchise. After graduating from law school, she joined the Texas-based law firm Cooper & Scully, P.C., where she specialized in insurance law and civil litigation.
Lindsay gained widespread recognition after appearing as a contestant on season 21 of ABC’s reality series "The Bachelor," starring Nick Viall. She quickly became a fan favorite, receiving the coveted first impression rose on the very first night.
