Film Career

Grieco made his film debut in 1991, playing the lead role of Michael Corben in the action-comedy If Looks Could Kill. That same year, he portrayed gangster Bugsy Siegel in Mobsters. He went on to act in several films across various genres, including Sin and Redemption (1994) as Jim McDaniels and The Demolitionist (1995) as Mad Dog Burne.

Additional film roles include The Apostate (1998) as Michael Killian, A Night at the Roxbury (1998) playing himself, and Final Payback (2000) as Joey Randall.
