Sheridan Smith is an Emmy Award nominated English actress perhaps best known for her performances in the situational comedy Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps from 2001 to 2009. Sheridan Smith was born on June 25, 1981, in Epworth, Lincolnshire; she is the daughter of a country music duo named The Daltons. Sheridan studied dance at the Joyce Mason School of Dancing in North Lincolnshire and attended South Axholme Community School. Sheridan was also a member of The National Youth Music Theatre, an arts organization that provides pre-professional education for young people, from 1995 to 2001. Sheridan completed her higher education at John Leggott College in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.
