Early Modeling Career in Malta

Before gaining international recognition, Pisani began her modeling career in Malta. In 2008, she appeared in the music video "Living in the Dark" by Maltese DJ Ruby. She later graced the covers of various Maltese magazines, including Milkshake, Platinum Lover, Pink, Tune In, and Sunday Circle. In 2009, she participated in the Miss Maltese Islands competition, finishing as the second runner-up.

Breakthrough on Britain’s Next Top Model

Tiffany Pisani garnered attention as the youngest contestant during the sixth cycle of Britain’s Next Top Model in 2010. Her distinct appearance and edgy style set her apart from the competition. On the show, host Elle Macpherson encouraged her to adopt a striking pixie haircut, which helped define her on-screen persona. Throughout the competition, Pisani won three challenges and received multiple first call-outs, though she also faced the bottom two placement twice.

In the tenth episode, legendary photographer Terry O’Neill praised Pisani as his favorite contestant. Ultimately, she won the competition, surpassing runner-up Alisha White and fellow finalist Joy McLaren, both strong contenders admired by the judges.
