Yul Brynner was married four times and had a total of five children, including two adopted. His first marriage was to actress Virginia Gilmore, lasting from 1944 to 1960, and they had one son, Yul "Rock" Brynner Jr. His second marriage was to Chilean model Doris Kleiner, with whom he had a daughter. Brynner's third wife was French socialite Jacqueline Thion de la Chaume; the couple was married for a decade and adopted two children. At the age of 62, he married his fourth wife, ballerina Kathy Lee, who was 26 at the time.
