Ava Fabian was born on April 4, 1962, in Brewster, New York. She gained national recognition in August 1986 when she was selected as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month. Her centerfold was photographed by Arny Freytag and Richard Fegley. In addition to her magazine appearance, she was featured in numerous Playboy videos and also worked as a Playboy Bunny.

Acting Career

Fabian transitioned into acting after her modeling success. She portrayed the character Roxy Carmichael in the 1990 film Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael, which starred Winona Ryder. Fabian also made guest appearances in popular television shows, including The Drew Carey Show and Married... with Children. In 1996, she played a recurring role as Jacqueline Stone in the Cinemax television series Erotic Confessions.

Legal Dispute with Neal Schon

In November 2011, Fabian filed a lawsuit against Neal Schon, guitarist for the rock band Journey. The claim alleged that Schon owed her more than $25,000 based on an "express oral nonmarital relationship agreement" that was purportedly in effect while the two lived together in San Anselmo, California. A hearing was initially scheduled for October 2012 but was canceled when both parties informed the court that they had reached an unconditional settlement. The case was subsequently scheduled for dismissal in November 2012. The terms of the settlement were not publicly disclosed.
