Lincicome has won two noteworthy titles, the 2009 Kraft Nabisco Championship and the 2015 ANA Inspiration.

In December 2004, when she was 19 years old, Lincicome became a professional golfer and earned her tour card for the 2005 season, after coming in at 20th place at the Final Qualifying Tournament at the LPGA. In the HSBC Women’s World championship, her first professional win came when she defeated players like Michelle Wai, Lorena Ochoa and Juli Inkster. She crushed Michelle Wie in the quarterfinals, Lorena Ochoa in the elimination rounds, and Juli Inkster in the last final match.

Soon came her second win in 2007. She caught her second win in April 2007 at the Ginn Open, again holding off Ochoa to catch the triumph on the 72nd gap. In 2007, Lincicome earned a spot on the U.S. Solheim Cup group. In singles play, she lost to Laura Davies.

In 2009, Lincicome won the Kraft Nabisco Championship, a LPGA major, in the wake of making a bird on the last opening to jump frog Kristy McPherson, who held a one shot lead going into the last gap. For the first time, Lincicome became a member of the U.S. Solheim Cup. Lincicome won the Kraft Nabisco cup in 2009.

During one of her peak runs, she told Golf Digest that she was feeling great about her game, "I'm hitting the ball really well. I just need the putting to flip a switch. It's frustrating because last year I was really consistent. This year I finish top 10, or I miss the cut. I've grown up watching girls like Annika, Lorena and Yani who were always finishing in the top 10 every week, and I have no idea what their secret is.”
