Fausto Gallardo

After her elementary school education, she attended a high school in Mexico. Her dad, Antonio Valladolid wanted Marcella to enroll at the law school and become an attorney, just like he had done. However, Marcella did not want to become an attorney; she wanted to pursue a career in cooking. So instead of applying to law school, she followed her passion for cooking and enrolled at the Ritz Escoffier Cooking School in Paris in order to study Culinary Arts. Prior to attending the Ritz Escoffier Cooking School, she first attended and graduated from the Los Angeles Culinary Institute. Overall, Marcella managed to receive a world-class education at very good schools, while Fausto Gallardo's education did not go as far as hers.

Career

Fausto Gallardo is an environment political activist, according to his wikipedia page. He spends his time volunteering, working hard, soliciting, researching and generally doing political activism in order to create a more eco-friendy society. He believes that the environment needs to be protected and want to ensure that we save our planet as best as we can. His efforts have gone a long way, cerainly in his own community. On the other hand, his ex-spouse Marcella Valladolid has an very different type of career. She is much more in public eye, and is even featured on TV shows. After returning to Mexico after spending time at studying at the Ritz Escoffier Cooking School in Paris, she founded her catering company as well as a catering school to share her knowledge with future culinary artists and chefs.

She was so happy with the knowledge and experience she receievd at the cooking school in Paris that she felt it was her duty to teach other cooking students what she learned. She employed and gave cooking lessons to roughly 40 students. Her debut as a cooking writer and journalist was featured in the world famous culinary magazine Bon Appétit, according to Marcella's biography. Marcella also took part in the reality television show The Apprentice: Martha Stewart. She breathed life for her love for Mexican cuisine on Food Network channel with her culinary show Mexican Made Easy. Marcella currently hosts a wonderful culinary show on The Kitchen on Food Network. Her show has received accolades and praise from other chefs, as well as high ratings from viewers.

Personal Life

Fausto Gallardo's marriage to Marcella Valladolid lasted for about ten years. The couple decided to divorce because of unspecified marital issues they were facing. Fausto and Marcella have two children from their marriage - two sons, Fausto Gallardo, named after his dad, and David Gallardo.
