Felicity Rose Hadley Jones was born on October 17, 1983, in Birmingham, England. Her mother, Julia Hadley, worked in advertising, while her father, Gareth Jones, was a journalist. Her parents divorced when she was three years old, after which Felicity and her brother were raised by their mother. Actor Michael Hadley is Felicity's uncle.
