Jennifer Lawrence was born on 15th August 1990 in Louisville Kentucky to Gary Lawrence who was a construction worker and Karen (Koch) a manager in a children’s camp. She is the third child of the family with two elder brothers Blaine and Bill. At a very small age of 14, Jennifer had ideas of having a career in acting and began convincing her parents to help her find a good talent agent in New York City. Jennifer was an average student and graduated her high school with a 3.9 average. Though acting was her top priority, she joined as an assistant nurse for a summer camp for children run by her mother.
Jennifer finally made it to New York City and achieved her career as an actress. Her first role was in a religious play that was based on the Bok of Jonah, as a little nine year old prostitute coming from the town of Niveneh. In 2007-09, she played a major role in The Bill Engvall Show. Subsequently, she got booked for independent films like The Burning Plain in 2008 and Winter’s Bone in 2010. She got her first Academy Award for the Best Actress for Winter’s Bone. It is noteworthy that she was the 2nd youngest actress to be nominated in this category.
Her career began to soar high and higher with her acting in many great international films like The Hunger Games, series, X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past. Jennifer received many prestigious awards like the Golden Globe Award for the Best Actress (Musical or Comedy) and the second best actress to win the Oscars, the BAFTA Award and also a third Academy Award nomination for the best supporting actress.
Though her career scaled high, nothing much can be said about her personal life and sex life. She did not have many boy friends and hence the marriage game has not really started in her life. However, she remains quite loyal to her current boyfriend Nicholas Hoult whom she met in 2011 during the X-Men: First Class sets. They spent a lot of time romancing with each other until later in 2013 they did split up in 2013 January.
However, this split did not stay for long and once again their romance was rekindled in July 2013 when they put together on the sets for X-Men: Days of Future Past. Jennifer and Hoult not only worked together, but they even shared the same room and hence on May 23rd Jennifer publicly announced that it was great to have to work with a fantastic costar Hoult and most of all he is a great roommate as well. The couple was seen embracing and kissing each other throughout the evening at the awards show, which made it obvious that the pair is very much in love with each other. With regard to marriage, there has not been a proposal as yet which could happen in the future. Since there is no marriage in Jennifer’s life, the questions of divorce has not arisen as yet.
