Paul Kevin Jonas II was born on November 5, 1987, in Teaneck, New Jersey. His father is songwriter Paul Kevin Jonas, Sr., a former ordained minister. Kevin Jonas got married to Danielle Deleasa on December 19, 2009. It was Kevin who pursued the former hairdresser when they first met. They met two years earlier when both their families had a vacation in the Bahamas. Danielle’s sister agreed to help Kevin and she gave Danielle’s phone number to him. After a very long courtship, Kevin finally won Danielle’s heart. Their wedding took place in Oheka Castle with Kevin's younger brothers, Nick and Joe as his best men.

Five years after getting married, they gave birth to a daughter. Alena Rose Jonas was born on February 2, 2014. Photos of the new family flooded social media sites and celebrity magazines as the excited couple proudly presented their baby to the fans. On April 25, 2016, the couple announced on Instagram that they were expecting their second daughter. Their second daughter, Valentina Angelina Jonas, was born on October 27, 2016.

The couple also starred in their own reality show based on their lives. It was called Married to Jonas, and it aired on the E entertainment network. The show aired for 2 seasons before being canceled. The show documented the couple's lifestyle as Kevin's band was working on their fifth album. During the filming of the show, the band broke up.

Kevin Jonas is the oldest member of the pop band The Jonas Brothers, along with his brothers Nick and Joe Jonas. Some of their biggest hits are “Lovebug”, “The Year 3000”, and “Burnin’ Up”. Most of their albums have done very well, and even after the breakup of the band, they have achieved success in their own solo ventures.

The Jonas Brothers' first album, 'It's About Time' released on August 8th, 2006 didn't do so well, as it was a small limited release of 50,000 copies. The band's second album reached the Billboard top 200 lists, peaking at #5. Their third album, 'A Little Bit Longer', was released on August 12, 2008, and peaked at #1 on the Billboard 200.

Kevin also started acting and has had appearances on multiple TV shows such as Hannah Montana, Camp Rock, Jonas, and Camp Rock 2.
