Michael Savage, born Michael Alan Weiner in 1942, is an American conservative political commentator, author, radio host, nutritionist, and activist. He was born in the Bronx, New York City, and holds American nationality. Of white ethnicity, Savage earned his degree from Queens College, City University of New York. He later obtained a master’s degree in medical botany and medical anthropology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a PhD in nutritional ethnomedicine.
