Blasi began her on-screen career with a role on the CBS daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. From there, she secured guest appearances on well-known TV shows such as Frasier, Becker, and Beverly Hills, 90210. Her breakout role came when she starred as Dr. Luisa Delgado on the Lifetime medical drama series Strong Medicine, which aired from 2000 to 2006.
In 2005, Blasi guest-starred on an episode of CSI: Miami and appeared in the horror film The Grudge.
