Sadie Calvano is an American actress who was born on April 8, 1997, in Los Angeles, California, in the United States. Calvano pursued acting at a young age and began with musical theatre when she was just seven-years-old. She played the lead character Alice in "Alice In Wonderland" in 2008, Belle in "Beauty and the Beast", and Tallulah in "Bugsy Malone" in 2011. She also played the lead role in the Young Star's stage production of "Cinderella". Calvano also performed in Crown City Theatre's four week run of "A Chicago Christmas Carol" in 2010. Her breakout role in television would be in a guest appearance on Chris Elliot's "Eagleheart" in 2010. Calvano went on to co-star in the television series "NCIS" as William Devane's kidnapped granddaughter. She received a YAA best actress nomination for her part in the series. Calvano also played the niece of Leonardo DiCaprio's character in her film debut "J. Edgar" by Clint Eastwood.
Calvano spends her summers at the New York theatre school Stagedoor Manor and serves as the National Spokesperson for Bags4Kids, an organization that provides support for foster children. Calvano's best-known role would come in the new television comedy by Chuck Lorre called "Mom" in 2013. She plays Violet Plunkett, the teenage daughter of Anna Faris.
