Seth Rollins was born as Colby Lopez was born on May 28, 1986 in Buffalo, Iowa. Seth is of Armenian, German and Irish ancestry. He was formerly known as Tyler Black, a ROH World Champion. Wrestling was never on his daily agenda while growing up but along the line, he built up an enthusiasm for the sport after becoming a huge fan with his group of friends.
He christened himself Seth Rollins when he joined the WWE in 2010 and vanquished wrestler Trent Barreta in his first match. The next year, Seth won the debut FCW 15 Championship. Rollins collaborated with Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns to form 'The Shield' a name which rose after they assaulted Ryback to empower CM Punk to beat John Cena. The Sheild later split up in 2014 when Rollins assaulted his mates and joined 'The Authority' on the guidance of Triple H. Seth won the United States Championship in August that year, after which he suffered knee damage which sent him on 8 months leave. He later came back to WWE to win the Heavyweight Championship title which he later lost to Ambrose.
He became the first man to dethrone Brock Lesnar as the Universal Champion in 2019. Fans were getting tired of Brock Lesnar because he would only appear a few times when the champion was expected to around all the time. When he finally beat Brock Lesnar, he was made to be the face of the company and on top of the RAW brand.
Seth Rollins is currently involved with another WWE superstar Rebecca Quin who is more popularly known as Becky Lynch. Their relationship was confirmed in May 2019. They had a special moment at a WWE PPV called Stomping Grounds in June 2019. Becky Lynch came down to the ring to help Seth after he was being cheated out of a win. After the victory, they embraced much to the delight of the fans in attendance.
Before his relationship with Becky, Seth was involved with Sarah Alesandrelli since Dec 2016. He posted their traveling photographs via social media. Seth was involved with Leighla Schultz from 2013 to 2014. He then dated Zahra Schreiber in 2015. His ex, Leighla posted bare nude photographs of Rollins and Zahra via social media to expose Seth as a cheater.
