Personal Life and Relationships
Shaw’s first publicly known relationship was with Terry Adams, with whom she got engaged during her time with Hear’Say. However, upon returning from a UK tour, she confirmed their relationship had ended.
Soon after, she began dating actor and singer Darren Day. The couple had a son together, Corey, but separated the following year, just three months after his birth. Despite being engaged, they never married.
Marriage to Jason King
In 2005, Shaw started a relationship with radio presenter Jason King, whom she had known since her Hear’Say days. The pair moved in together with Shaw’s son. They announced their engagement in 2008 and got married in 2009. However, the marriage ended in 2012 with a mutual announcement of their separation. Despite the split, Jason maintained regular contact with Shaw and Corey, often visiting for their family tradition of “Pyjama Sundays,” where they would relax in pyjamas and watch films like "The Jungle Book."
