Adam Hicks, born in 1992, is an American songwriter, singer, rapper, and actor. He began his entertainment career at a young age, securing his first leading film role in the 2006 family comedy "How to Eat Fried Worms." Prior to that, he made appearances in several television series, including a recurring role on the show "Titus."

Disney Channel and Breakthrough Roles

Hicks gained widespread recognition by playing Luther in the Disney XD series "Zeke and Luther." He later starred as Wendell "Wen" Gifford in the Disney Channel Original Movie "Lemonade Mouth" (2011), further solidifying his reputation as a teen actor. He also appeared as DZ in the second season of "Jonas" and had a role in Disney XD’s original series "Pair of Kings," where he played King Boz, replacing the character King Brady previously portrayed by Mitchel Musso.

In addition to his work with Disney, Hicks played Jason Zimmer in the 2015 thriller film "The Boy Next Door," co-starring with Jennifer Lopez. The role marked a shift into more mature acting projects, showcasing his range beyond family television.
