Adelaide is a career oriented woman who started her acting career in high school with an Australasian Television series in 2006. ‘Blue Water High’ was her first appearance in front of camera. In 2007, she was contacted for another TV series ‘Pirate Islands: The Lost treasure of Fiji’ and played the role as Alison. Her acting skills were lauded for her incredible performance in ‘Love My Way’ and she was nominated for Logie Award in 2008.

She appeared on the big screen when she moved to L.A. California in 2009. Adelaide was casted for a small role in the movie ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’. After this she is casted in many big Hollywood projects. The first major project she came across was the film ‘Camilla Dickinson’ in 2012 and Adelaide played the lead role as Camilla Dickinson. Tawney Talbot is the name of her character in an American drama series ‘Rectify’. The show began in 2013 and still going on. While Adelaide was shooting ‘Rectify’ she was also offered a photo shoot on ELLE’s Women in Television.   During an interview she shared her experience of the photo shoot and said that it is very different from acting. She augmented, in acting you have to be someone else while in a photo shoot you have to be yourself, feel comfortable and confident in front of camera.

From her busy schedule Adelaide managed to carve out some time for the big projects like ‘The Great Gatsby’ where she was in the role of Catherine. As of 2015, there were two movies she was casted in - ‘The World Made straight’ and ‘The Automatic Hate’.
