Amanda Davies began her career in Sky Sports in the year 2001 as a runner. She was later made the assistant producer covering sporting events like US Open and Cricket World Cup live. She was also made on -the -road producer and her reporting includes the coverage of 2006 World Cup in Germany which she did by staying in Berlin for the entire seven weeks. She later worked at BBC anchoring sports bulletins on its various networks including BBC World News, Breakfast on BBC One, and BBC News Channel. She also anchored the show Inside F1 at BBC News. She joined CNN in April, 2012. She will be covering the World Sports show which was re-launched by CNN.
