Juliet Huddy joined Fox News in 1998 as a reporter for the network’s Miami bureau. She later moved to Fox News' New York headquarters, where she took on various responsibilities including guest hosting for Fox & Friends during the weekdays, filling in for E.D. Hill. She went on to co-host Fox & Friends First, and eventually became a permanent co-host for Fox & Friends Weekend, appearing alongside colleagues Julian Phillips and Mike Jerrick.

In the summer of 2005, Huddy began co-hosting the midday show Dayside. Alongside her on-air duties, she engaged with audiences through a personal blog titled Juliet’s Dayside Dish, hosted on the show’s official homepage.
