Dr. Arnold completed her medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland and her undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Miami in Florida. She joined the Pediatric Residency Program at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and she got a Master’s of Science in Medical Education from the University of Pittsburgh.

She is Board Certified in both Pediatric and Neonatal Medicine and is a currently attending neonatologist at Baylor College of Medicine and the Medical Director of the Simulation Center at Texas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Arnold has been serving for many years in health care and simulation education.

Personal Life

Dr. Arnold is married to her best friend Bill Klein, CEO of Rocky and Maggie’s Petshop. They planned to have a baby through surrogacy but their surrogate suffered a miscarriage. They had adopted their son name Will together from China in March of 2013. In the same year, they also adopted a daughter named Zoey from India. Dr. Jenifer Arnold and Mr. Bill Klein are very happy to have son and daughter and have plans to develop a great future for their children.
