Luke Kuechly is the middle of three brothers. He has an older brother named John and a younger brother named Henry. Coming from an active family, Kuechly developed a love for the outdoors at a young age—he began hunting at four years old and also enjoys fishing, skeet shooting, and deer hunting. His football journey began in the fourth grade, and throughout high school, he wore jersey number 3 and gravitated toward defensive positions.
