Ray Allen was born in California in 1975. Ray Allen was a basketball star at the University of Connecticut before becoming famous at the pro level for his textbook-perfect shooting stroke that earned him a lot of fans. He immediately put up big numbers with the Milwaukee Bucks and the Seattle Supersonics and made a name for himself as top earning player.

He was traded to the Boston Celtics in 2007 where he became a part of a super team. Allen teamed up with Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce to win his first NBA title and the first title for the franchise that they had not been able to win for many decades. He later moved on to play with LeBron James and Dwyane Wade on the Miami Heat. He was an important piece for the team because his clutch three-pointer in Game 6 of the 2013 NBA Finals led to a second championship for his career.
