Tanya Memme and Vahan Yepremyan were married in 2010 and had a daughter, Ava, in 2011. Tanya announced the pregnancy on her show "Sell This House". However, their marriage ended in a divorce in 2015 after five years together. Tanya's personal life was then thrust into the spotlight of the press, with many newspapers and magazines speculating on potential reasons for the split, including infidelity scenarios. Career

Tanya Memme's acting career was highlighted on TV shows such as CSI: Miami, Melrose Place, JAG, and The Practice. In 2004, when she was working in Los Angeles, she got a co-host position for the On The Town series. She built up her acting experience by appearing in commercials for horse races on TGV. She also hosted Move This House and became a reporter for Entertainment Tonight Canada on Global TV. After the show's debut episode, A&E broadcasted Sell Your House in 2003, and she became a regular co-host of the show. On this show, Tanya visited over 250 million homes and helped 250 million families to give their homes a proper makeover. Her presentation was nominated for the Emmy Award, and she was a co-host for over ten years. The show's popularity is due to Tanya helping people redesign their homes on a budget and having interesting emotional moments behind every home she is helping.

In addition, Tanya built a steady career as an international reporter and correspondent working for Canada's most extensive entertainment network. She helped people in Guatemala by renewing their homes and improving their communities, building wells and new homes, as well as renovating houses.
