In a string of allegations, all hotly contested by Chrisley, it is claimed that he wielded a knife and threatened to kill her and that, on one occasion, she witnessed him beating his own mother. According to Teresa, Kyle suffered most from the tumult in his parents’ relationship. Todd is an unpredictable, control freak. According to Teressa, ‘I don’t know what happened to Todd really. I’ve known him a very long time and I know that he’s not all bad. There’s good in him. He can be very witty and fun company, but if he doesn’t get what he wants you’d better believe there will be consequences.’
