Behrs made her film debut in the 2009 teen comedy American Pie Presents: The Book of Love, where she played the role of Heidi. She went on to star as Brittany in Adventures of Serial Buddies in 2011 and appeared as Alien Girl in Route 30, Too! in 2012. In 2013, she lent her voice to the character Carrie Williams in Disney-Pixar’s animated film Monsters University. Her later film credits include portraying Deborah in Chasing Eagle Rock and Brooklyn in Hello, My Name Is Doris, both released in 2015.
