In 2011, Pasqualino was cast in the Syfy television pilot Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome, a prequel to the reimagined Battlestar Galactica series. He played a young William "Husker" Adama. The series debuted online in 10 webisodes on Machinima.com before airing as a television movie. In 2012, Pasqualino starred in the Warner Bros. supernatural horror film The Apparition, alongside Ashley Greene and Tom Felton. Filming took place in Berlin and Los Angeles, and the feature was released the same year.
That same year, Pasqualino landed a recurring role as Paolo, a young servant, in the historical drama The Borgias. He also starred in the British romantic horror comedy Love Bite, alongside Jessica Szohr and Ed Speleers, playing a teenager caught in a werewolf-infested town. His television work continued with roles in French crime series Jo and in the international ensemble thriller Snowpiercer, which explored a dystopian world frozen in ice where humanity survives aboard a perpetually moving train.
