Mike belonged to a middle-class family. His father was a painter by profession. His biography depicts the main aspects of his journey in the music industry. Career

Mike and his brother started their own band and began their career by performing in neighboring areas of their hometown. Earlier they named their band “Early Times” but because of the copyright claims they renamed it to “Before Today”. In 2004, he performed in their album “Celebration of an Ending”. In 2006, he and his brother started the famous rock band named “Pierce the Veil”. He took charge of the drumming and his brother became the guitarist and lead singer. More people joined their band as lead guitarists including Tony Perry and Jamie Preciado. In 2007, they released an album “Flair for the Dramatic” with Equal Vision Records. In 2008, they came together with the band “Supergroup Isles & Glaciers” and released an EP with the title of “The Hearts of Lonely People. In 2010, a new album was released by them with the title “Selfish Machines”. The band “Pierce the Veil” kept on succeeding and released their next album titled “Collide with the sky” with the Fearless Records. Latest album released by his band is “Misadventures” in the year 2016. Mike released his single hip-hop songs too. He got more recognition for these singles and known as “Mikey Whiskey Hands” for his work in the single hip hop and rap songs.
