In 2011, Zacky Vengeance married Gena Paulhus, his friend whom he knew for a long time. However, the marriage did not seem to be happy and successful, and so the couple separated in the autumn of 2013. Since 2014, Zacky Vengeance has been in relationship with Megan, a model from the Vengeance University company.

His younger brother Matthew Baker is also a musician in The Dear & Departed band. He also has a dog named Ichabod Crane Vengeance.

Zacky released a clothing line called "Vengeance University". The website's background features Zacky's symbol, the "V-Blade". The line currently features t-shirts, hoodies, bandanas, and necklaces. Many, if not all of the shirts in the line include his trademark "Est. 6661" or "V.U.".
